Life Coach Babs famous “Homemade Hearty Vegetable Soup” Recipe
I love soup…so here is a recipe I made up myself…I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!!
Step 1: Select your spices. I use garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cilantro, crushed red pepper flakes, course ground pepper and course ground Himalayan pink sea salt…
Step 2: Select your veggies. I use potatoes, carrots, peas, corn, green beans, lima beans, okra, celery, onions, broccoli, and tomatoes…
Step 3: In a large pot, “Cook” all spices in EVOO, Coconut Oil, or Butter it’s your choice …use about 2 to 3 tablespoons (take care not to burn your spices)…
Step 4: Add all the veggies to the “cooked” spices, making sure all veggies are coated very well with the spices…
Step 5: Add about 16 oz. veggie broth to the veggies, bring to a boil, stirring occasionally…once the boil starts, remove from heat…you don’t want to over cook your veggies…
Step 6: Serve up a large bowl and ENJOY!!
