Private individual “1-on-1 Life Coaching Four Week Session meets once per week, four times per month, for 45 minutes and is conducted by phone or on-line by SKYPE, ZOOM, or MESSENGER.

Group Life Coaching Sessions meet twice per week, two times per month, for 60 minutes and are conducted in person in a group setting at a designated location or on-line by SKYPE, ZOOM, or GOOGLE HANGOUT. All Life Coaching sessions are scheduled for the same day of the month and at the same time.
